Dave Spina

(CEO / Project Executive)

After attending Boston College, class of ’05, Dave spent 12 years playing professional hockey. He transitioned into the home maintenance space after his hockey career and helped launch, run, and manage the US markets (Boston and Chicago) for Jiffy On Demand. Following his stint with Jiffy, Dave continued to manage projects and began to build/renovate homes aiming to do the highest quality feel and appearance, but at a realistic price point. Dave also carries an active Real Estate License in Massachusetts.

Dave resides in Needham, MA with his wife Megan and their 3 kids.

Paul Hemond

General Contractor/Project Principle

Paul has Spent 20+ years in the field. He is a frame to finish carpenter by trade and carries an active CSL for all commercial and residential builds. His passion for building is equal to his desire to problem solve any construction issue and provide the highest level of value for clients. He resides in Stoughton, MA with his wife, 2 kids, and family dog.

Caitlin Piccuirro

(Head Design Consultant)

After attending Stonehill College, undergraduate, and Boston College, graduate school, Caitlin found her true passion in home design. She believes that a home should be beautiful with a functional design for each homeowner’s lifestyle. Having gone through this process herself with her own projects, Caitlin has the unique experience and knowledge of the process as both a client and designer, and truly understands value. She believes great design begins with the homeowners vision and sustained beauty comes in many forms that can be inspired from anywhere. Modern, European, traditional, craftsman, coastal, country and many other styles can be blended or stand on their own under your roof as long as common threads pull them together. Caitlin is a Certified Interior Decorator with a CID certification.
